Madeira Beach Condo - Weekly Rates
$350 weekly - April 1st Through December 31st
$500 weekly - Jan 1st Through March 31st (Peak Season)
* Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas are holidays that will be charged the peak season rate.

- Cleaning fee of $60 with each stay is additional
- $200 security deposit required with check or credit card.
