$600 per week - May 1st through December 24th

$650 per week - December 25th through April 30th- Peak Season & Holidays

* Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas
   are holidays that will be charged the peak season rate.

I will email a rental agreement to be signed and returned with deposit to hold reservation.

- Cleaning fee of $75 with each stay is additional
- $200 security deposit required with check or credit card.
- 20% deposit required for reservation, and full payment must be made 60 days prior to stay.
- No pet policy
